There is a very short application, which I can send to you via mail or email. Once this application is recieved, you will be matched with a mentor or given the resource information you need. The co-ordinator of the "Breast Friends" is Michelle and her number is (562)933-7815 if you want to call her directly. This is a wonderful program, and I wish you luck.
