The San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium (SABCS) is an annual gathering of the world’s leading breast cancer advocates, physicians and researchers. SABCS is a lively hub for the exchange of new ideas and knowledge on preventing and treating breast cancer. Many of the most dedicated individuals and organizations working to end breast cancer announce the results of landmark research clinical trials during the event.
The 2013 San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium will feature numerous scientific sessions focusing on clinical, translational and basic research into various aspects of breast cancer care, as well as educational exhibits and career development forums for health care professionals.
Heading into its 36th year, the 2013 San Antonio Breast Cancer Symposium expects approximately 7,500 attendees from more than 90 countries during its 5-day duration from Dec. 10-14. SABCS is jointly sponsored by the Cancer Therapy & Research Center at UT Health Science Center San Antonio, the American Association for Cancer Research and Baylor College of Medicine.
